team up goes into the next round: On October 26, 2022, the one-day online conference on team development with agile approaches will take place for the second time. The event from the inside agile conference series, organized by heise Developer and dpunkt.verlag, focuses on sustainable team development and is aimed at interested parties with personnel responsibility. These include, for example, project team leaders, scrum masters, agile coaches and consultants as well as employees from the human resources department.
New ways to achieve goals as a team
Together with the agile professionals Holger Koschek and Rolf Dräther, the experts organize a day full of reports and exchanges, in which they share tried-and-tested solutions with the guests. The focus of the online event is on ways that have proven themselves so that teams can clearly define and implement their goals.
The range of topics is again diverse and covers some essential areas of team building: psychological security, team dynamics, developing yourself as a team developer, reports from coaching and a keynote on what really counts in life. After each lecture, the audience can discuss their own questions with the speakers, and at the end Holger Koschek and Rolf Dräther moderate a panel discussion with the speakers to bring together the insights of the day.
